Marcus is the founder of our group and oversees its growth strategy.
With a background in property law and administration he is responsible for the systems used throughout the group. He deals with compliance and regulation and manages the Admin Team to ensure the smooth running of our Operations.
He is also the founder of PLAN ( Portfolio Landlords Action Network) which brings together other portfolio Landlords with 75 properties or more to share information and experiences on how to operate a Residential Property Company at scale.
He believes the future of Private Residential Property is the growth of large scale operators who will have the resources to provide private rental homes in a manner that meets the aspirations and goals of all stakeholders. Our new bond proposal is an example of his innovative thinking in new funding to support that vision

Martin is a long term property investor in the North West. He has extensive experience in building and maintenance and dealing with Tenants day to day.
He is responsible for maintaining and refurbishing the properties and dealing with collection of rents. He also supervises and deals with Court Proceedings attending Court where necessary. The new rental rules will require attendance at Court for every case where a Landlord wants to regain possession. Martin will spearhead our development of the in house capacity to deal with such cases without the use of solicitors which will give us a strategic advantage against other Landlords

He is now responsible for over 200 properties in Bradford , Halifax and Leigh operating from our offices in our largest Property of 119 flats in Otley Road Bradford.
He also heads up our Insurance Division and oversees the operation of our Deposits

Nathan is a property manager who has worked previously with our Director Martin
He has strong skills in Admin and preparation of paperwork for ASTs and Possession Proceedings. Using Docusign we are able to sign up Tenants remotely in the various locations where we operate across the North of England.
He is now responsible for our properties in Carlisle and surrounding Areas and for our properties in Liverpool which he operates with our Caretaker Andy Hill.

Mike is a key part of our team who has been with us from almost the beginning.
He is a very experienced builder supervising our refurbishments and repairs throughout the group. His expertise in these matters is unparalleled and he is very popular with our Tenants for his empathetic manner in dealing with the day to day supervision of our response to their problems.
He has also taken on the role of Property Manager for our properties in Barrow and Blackpool. He is extremely good at advertising and selecting the right Tenants for our homes and then dealing with their problems on a day to day basis

Andy has many years experience dealing with property maintenance and caretaking. His special expertise is in gardening which came in useful when we found ourselves with blocks of flats with large gardens.
He operates in and around the Liverpool area where we have nearly 200 properties He has a quiet friendly manner which allows him to have a very good relationship with all our Tenants. Like all of our team he is there for Tenants even out of hours ready to respond as quickly as possible to the problems that can occur from time to time.
